Currently just one room (starting at $249 nightly) has this impressive throne, billed as "the best seat in the house," but it'll be installed in more later. The Brondell Swash 800 has a heated, germ-resistant seat and uses warm filtered water and a dryer to ensure hygiene. There's even a remote control that takes into account the differing needs of men and women.
